Having trouble falling asleep? Are reading, drinking something warm, taking sleeping pills, and even counting sheep still not helping? Maybe, if you’re like me, you need mellow music playing to fall asleep. Now instrumental music might be suggested, but if that still doesn’t help you and you desperately can’t listen to music without lyrics, I’ve created a playlist that might help.
I’ve tried this out myself and it worked for me. Hopefully this works for anyone out there that can’t fall asleep as early or quickly as they need/want to:
“Crash” by You Me At Six
“You Found Me” by The Fray
“When We Collide” by Matt Cardle
“Wonderwall” by Katy McAllister (Acoustic Cover)
“Riptide” by Jasmine Thompson (Cover)
“Latch” by Daniela Andrade (Cover)
“Photograph” by Ed Sheeran
“Iris” by Sleeping With Sirens or Hannah Trigwell (Covers)
“Can’t Help Falling In Love” by literally any artists you like, but I like Twenty One Pilots’ version.
“Never Say Never” by The Fray
“The Fault In Our Stars” by Troye Sivan
“All of Me” by Jasmine Thompson (Cover)
“St. Patrick” by PVRIS (Empty Room Session)
“Lay Me Down” by Sam Smith
“You” by The Pretty Reckless
“Waking Up” by PVRIS (Acoustic)
“All of The Stars” by Ed Sheeran
“Tonight I Feel Like Kafka” by Jealous of the Birds
If this playlist doesn’t work, I suggest picking all of your favorite acoustic or any low tempo songs and creating a playlist of your own. Happy Sleeping!
